REFUND POLICY

1. Service-Based Nature

Due to the service-based nature of cleaning services, refunds are evaluated based on service performance and contractual scope.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to scheduled service: No fee.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: May incur a cancellation fee.

3. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule without penalty with 24 hours’ notice.


4. Satisfaction Policy

If you are dissatisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We may offer:

  • Re-performance of specific areas
  • Partial refund where appropriate

No blanket satisfaction guarantees are provided beyond applicable consumer law rights.


5. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] with:

  • Service date
  • Description of issue
  • Supporting photos (if applicable)

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.


7. Exceptions

Refunds may not apply where:

  • Access was restricted
  • Conditions prevented proper cleaning
  • Damage was pre-existing

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights.
